Located at Wyndham Peaks Resort, the Telluride
Golf Club offers a
6,739-yard, par-71, 18-hole championship course which doubles as a public
course and a private members' club. There is a fully stocked pro shop,
pitching green, putting green and a driving range. This course has been rated one of the world's most scenic.
A Course Full of Distractions
The Telluride Golf Course, open from May to mid-October, is located in
scenic Mountain Village at the Peaks Resort. New golf carts, equipped with
state-of-the-art Global Positioning System (GPS), assist golfer as they
navigate their way around the course, which accentuates the mountain terrain
as meandering fairways wind through aspen groves, towering pines, mountain
ponds and sparkling streams.
The Telluride Golf Course was constructed in 1992 and serves as a private
club for members as well as a public course for locals and guests. Private
instruction and clinics are available daily from PGA professionals. Twilight
and sunset rates are available. A full practice range, complete with
chipping and putting greens, is available. Our full service pro shop is open
daily between 7:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. and offers state of the art clubs and
shoes for rent.
The Telluride Golf Club welcomes groups and outings of all sizes with
electronic tournament scoring, catering, and awards presentations. Please
call the pro shop in advance for availabilities and pricing.
